License

ScribeHold grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on a Windows PC you own or control, for the purpose of accessing your own iPhone backup data.

Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Microsoft Store (for Store purchases) or from your account page (for direct purchases). Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

Refund policy

For direct purchases: full refund within 14 days, no questions asked. For Microsoft Store purchases, the Microsoft Store refund policy applies.

What ScribeHold is not

ScribeHold is a message-browsing and export tool. It is not a forensic-analyst substitute and does not establish chain of custody. The Legal Export Pack produces a verifiable, tamper-evident archive that an opposing party can independently re-hash; it does not by itself certify authenticity for every legal context.
